The Workout
15 reps | Lateral Band Walk (each direction)
15 reps | Glute Bridges (with a squeeze at the top)
15 reps | Lateral Lunges with Kettle Bell (each side)
Repeat entire circuit for 2–4 sets depending on fitness level.
