Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Smoothie

We talked to Health Coach, Molly Alliman for her favorite nutritious pumpkin spice smoothie recipe, and we can’t get enough. So fuel your PSL obsession and start your morning on a good note with this healthy and tasty blended treat.

ingredients

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup sweet potato
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
(Or cinnamon and nutmeg can be subbed with 1 tsp of pumpkin spice)
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
