Your mid-week pick me up has arrived—our Northern California North Bay leaders and members from the San Francisco and Marin campuses are back with another insightful conversation. In today’s episode of What Lies Ahead, we’ll be discussing how the Bay Club is essential to our members’ health and well-being during these times, and how we’ve prepared to be able to open up our doors, putting the safety of both our members and associates first.
A special thank you to members Kevin, Kathleen, Chiara, and Steve for joining us and contributing great questions to our discussion. We look forward to giving the membership more information in light of the announcements from CA and the Bay Area that were released after recording. As always, we’d love to hear feedback from other members in these regions—please contact us with your questions, comments, and feedback at thenewnormal@bayclubs.com.

I just wanted to say thank you for all of the work you’ve been doing these past 6 weeks. I’m amazed by all the effort you’re putting in to prepare the club to open safely. I love all the live stream and recorded workouts. And the communication has been outstanding. You’ve done an incredible job keeping us informed and engaged. I’ve been really impressed with it all, and very thankful. It’s also great to know that you are doing all you can to keep the gym staff employed, as much as possible. We think about them a lot, too.
We’re members in Santa Clara, and although we’ve been doing lots of running and biking and working out on our own, we can’t wait until the gym opens – especially the pool for lap swimming! (Any chance of that happening soon??)
Hi Yvonne, thank you so much for your comment! Our fingers are crossed for in the next few weeks. We’re waiting on all the city/state approvals, but just know our teams are working hard on getting the pools and outdoor spaces opened soon!
someone referenced a document/letter outlining the new protocols and reservation systems. Has this been sent to the membership yet?
Hi Chris, it hasn’t been shared out yet, but it will be in the next few days in both email and on the website.
