Homemade Salad Dressing

Homemade Salad Dressing

No salad dressing? No need to stress! Bay Club Rolling Hills General Manager,  Mary DiMatteo shares with us her favorite homemade dressing that you can make from ingredients you probably already have at home.

Ingredients
Garlic
Mustard (Mary uses sweet hot mustard, honey mustard, or dijon works too!)
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil & Vinegar

Directions
Use a pre-minced garlic, or press it in a bowl

Put a little bit of mustard of your choice in a bowl and mix together to a paste

Add cracked pepper and salt, and mix together

Add olive oil, and a little bit of vinegar. Add more olive oil if needed (add to taste!)

Taste it and add honey or sugar if you want it to be a little sweeter!

Add to salad and enjoy!
