Healthy Homemade Overnight Oats Oatmeal with Chia and Peanut Butter

We love overnight oats, because they are simple to make, versatile, and healthy! Nina Pineda, Aquatics Director at Bay Club Santa Clara shared her favorite overnight oats recipe with us—and you could say we’re excited to make this for breakfast this week!

Ingredients for overnight oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey

Optional toppings
1/3 cup granola
1/4 cup nut butter
Shredded coconut
1 tsp cacao
1 tsp hemp seeds
Honey or agave

Put all ingredients into a large mason jar, or cup with lid and mix together. Store overnight in fridge and top with ingredients of your choice!

Make it overnight and enjoy in the morning for a no-hassle breakfast!
