No matter the season (since they’re all the same in California!), one of the most popular drinks is the Moscow Mule. A refreshing blend of spice and citrus, served in a frosty copper mug, it’s no wonder this popular concoction is so celebrated. We’ve provided the simple recipe below for you to make at home. You can put your own twist on this cocktail by adding your favorite ginger beer and vodka, trying one of these creative variations.
Ingredients
4 oz ginger beer
1 1/2 to 2 oz vodka
Fresh lime juice
Sprig of mint (optional)
Pour ginger beer (we recommend, like most others, Cock ‘n Bull Ginger Beer) and vodka over ice in a copper mug or highball glass; add fresh-squeezed lime juice to taste. While a traditional mule does not include mint, we love the addition of this refreshing flavor. So garnish with mint and extra lime before you sip!
