How many of you have worked out with Rose at Bay Club El Segundo? Well, today we are bringing Rose to YOU! For 30 minutes, Rose is leading a High-Intensity Interval circuit for your lower body, designed to get you moving, strengthening and definitely sweating. The lower body is the home of our body’s LARGEST muscles, like the legs, hips, and glutes! Strengthening these muscles help balance out and support the entire body, prevent and/or recover from injuries and also improve overall performance. So find some space, and let’s get going!
