Episode 4: Setting the Tone for the Future of Fitness

In the next installment of our Discussion Series, What Lies Ahead, Bay Club leaders chat about how we’re adapting our fitness offerings with the safety and health of our members in mind. Our goal is to restore club services as soon as is safely possible, so we’re already reimagining our spaces and offerings to account for social distancing and enhanced cleaning measures—that way you can get back to your favorite fitness regimen. Whether it’s taking classes outdoors (an advantage to summer being around the corner!) or being innovative with our basketball programming, we are planning for the future of fitness under this new normal.

Is there any work being done at Boulder Ridge? NOt sure if workers are allowed there but since there is no activity on the course now would be a great time to get some things done. The course was in great shape prior to the lock down except one area. A good portion of the bunkers are in horrible shape. I think there was a renovation plan in place prior to the driving range issue. If there is no near term plans to renovate the bunkers it would we helpful if they could add sand to the bunkers like they have done on certain holes. Some of the bunkers you are just not able to play out of the way the shot dictates because there is no sand. Please feel free to reach to me if you would like some more input with regards to which bunkers are in desperate need of attention. I look forward to the day I can get back out there and get to the gym!!!! Thanks for all your efforts!!

Hi Perry! Thanks for your question and feedback. We have been doing some work on the course and have added sand to the majority of the greenside bunkers throughout the course and will continue to make updates throughout this time preparing for reopening. We’re looking forward to getting back out there too!
