If you approached the new year like most people do, you probably came up with all sorts of plans on how to make this your healthiest year yet. Perhaps you’re committing to a regular exercise schedule, squeezing in morning workouts, and (most importantly) mixing up your routine. Because doing what you’ve always done won’t get you new results.
And that’s why we’re so excited to share the launch of our brand-new signature fitness classes! Inspired by popular workouts, we’re introducing a collection of cardio-strength workouts that are guaranteed to make you work and get you results. Come try a new signature class and stay tuned for more to come in our Master Class Series this year. In addition to what’s below, we’ll be rolling out other classes in high demand, like PiYo, Country Heat, a signature barre class, and a foam rolling class.
The Battle
The Program: This class is all about the circuits—and keeping your body guessing! The Battle incorporates equipment like battle ropes, rowers, sliders, and weights to lead participants through a four-part circuit that’s timed at each station.
Why to Try: With a mix of strength training, you’ll challenge new muscles every time. And with cardio movements and fast rotations, you’ll get plenty of cardio, too. This class is especially great for cross-training.
What to Know: You don’t have to know how to work every machine upon arrival. The instructor will introduce the circuit and the equipment at the start of each class. And although this class features killer playlists, you don’t have to be able to keep a beat.

The Drop
The Program: Get fit to the beat at The Drop. You’ve never done a workout quite like this before. And we think you’ll be hooked to the high intensity cardio, the rhythmic element of moving with the rest of the class, and the high energy of great music and challenging moves.
Why to Try: If you love working out to music, this class will have you feeling like you’re at your own personal concert (although you probably wouldn’t be doing burpees at a concert). Come for the challenge, leave with lots of endorphins!
What to Know: This class is all about the beat, so be prepared to sync your body with the highs and lows of the music. When the beat kicks up, it’s time to push hard. No equipment is involved, but you’ll be amazed at how hard you work with just your bodyweight.
