Spiked Seltzer Cocktail: Tangerine and Rosemary Ginger

Hard seltzers have been the drink of the summer. And now that fall is here, we’re looking for ways to transition our favorite summer drink to fit into the season. With hard seltzer flavors like cranberry, tangerine, elderflower, and lime—there are endless drink combinations possible when you’re adding in additional ingredients. We’re putting a spin on Crook & Marker Tangerine Seltzer to make it more fall friendly with a homemade Rosemary Ginger Syrup. So say cheers to fall with this tasty drink!

Crook & Marker Tangerine Seltzer with Rosemary Ginger Syrup

Ingredients for Rosemary Ginger Syrup
2 four-inch rosemary sprigs
1 Tbsp minced ginger
1 cup water
1/4 cup cane sugar

*Note: because this seltzer is already sweetened with stevia, the simple syrup is not as sweet as a traditional simple syrup.

Ingredients for Cocktail
3 Tbsp of Rosemary Ginger Syrup
1 cup Crook & Market Tangerine Seltzer

Instructions

Combine all syrup ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Bring to a boil, and then let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

Remove the syrup from heat and let it sit until it reaches room temperature.

Strain out the rosemary sprigs and ginger.

Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour 3 Tbsp of syrup into a glass, then top with 1 cup of seltzer.

Stir, garnish with rosemary sprigs and tangerine slices and enjoy!
