But snack time doesn’t have to be a hassle anymore—we’ve got a 2-ingredient snack that is sure to keep you full and focused throughout your day, and is simple to make. Don’t let the name fool you, these homemade Frozen Yogurt bites are healthy (not the same frozen yogurt you top with cookie dough!), yet still delicious—and kid approved!
Frozen Yogurt Bites
Makes 12 bites
Ingredients
32 oz yogurt of choice
1 cup berries
Tools needed
Ice tray or muffin tin
Baking cups
Instructions
Fill sections of a muffin tin or ice tray 2/3 of the way with yogurt.
Top the yogurt with berries.
Place tray in the freezer. Let freeze until firm (1-2 hours, depending on freezer setting).
Pop the bites out of the tray and enjoy!
