Get a great workout in with Bay Club Portland Group Exercise Director, Marina Mitchell. This workout is an EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). 10 exercises all executed for 1 minute—No equipment needed (well, except for a timer!).

Complete 3 rounds for a great at-home workout! The video will help guide you through the exercises, give a few options, and allow you to ‘see’ the move. Have fun, find gratitude, smile, and KEEP MOVING!
