Do you ever have days where you walk into the Bay Club, change into your best workout outfit, and then step on to the fitness floor with little motivation to get your sweat on? Us, too. That’s why we called on Bay Club El Segundo Trainer Kristine Giese to curate a workout that is both challenging and effective, and will break up your routine just when you’re looking for some new fit-spiration. And, with explosive exercises that are anything but ordinary, you’ll be excited to work out this week.

The Workout

30 seconds | Side to Side Ball Slam

20 seconds | Rest 

30 seconds | Squat Shuffle 

20 seconds | Rest

30 seconds | Sled Push + Push Up

20 seconds | Rest

30 seconds | Lunge w Med Ball Twist 

20 seconds | Rest 

Repeat circuits 3–5 times depending on your fitness level.
