It Takes 2 to Mango: Mango Immunity Smoothie

We talked to Jessica Duma from Mindfull Nutrition for her kid-approved Immunity Boosting Smoothie. A creamy fiber-packed smoothie that tastes like dessert, and includes immune-boosting and inflammation-fighting ingredients like bee pollen, ginger, and turmeric. And trust us, it’s kid-approved!

Ingredients (Makes 2 smoothies)
1 banana (sliced and frozen for extra creaminess)
1/2 cup cauliflower rice
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 scoops collagen peptides
1 tsp bee pollen
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of fresh ground black pepper
2 cups milk of choice

Optional super boosters
1 tbsp coconut oil (anti-viral)
1 tsp camu camu or vitamin C powder (immune booster)

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with glass straws. Cheers to your health!
