Put Your Best Fork Forward: March is Nutrition Month

We’re celebrating March as Nutrition Month here at the Bay Club. With new smoothies on our café menus and spring offering plenty of fresh new produce, there are endless ways to make this March the month that’s dedicated to healthier eating and better food awareness. We linked up with our all-star Bay Club nutritionists to get some of their tips on everything from snacking, to food prep, to micronutrients. And these tips aren’t all about weight loss—they’re about making daily sustainable, healthy choices, so that every meal leaves you feeling energized and at your best. As Hippocrates famously said, “Let food be thy medicine.”
